Cant play any games

I could not access the game, so I contacted support. Told to force shut the game and try. Well I did, and lost 4,000,000,000 tokens in the process. When asked about my missing tokens, they ignore, and say ty for you patience. They tell me there is an update in the App Store, then they email yesterday to tell me the update has been suspended indefinitely. All I can say is WOW, get your act together
